Pooran

The fourth season of the Abu Dhabi T10 League will commence on January 28th 2021 and will be played nonstop for 10 days. The action-packed tournament will feature eight teams and will consist of a total of 29 matches.

Several high-profile cricketers have lent their names for the 2021 edition of the Abu Dhabi T10 league and will entertain the fans around the globe. Having said that, let us glance through 5 players to keep an eye on in the 2021 edition of the T10 league.

5. Dwayne Bravo

He is one of the most seasoned campaigners as far as the shorter formats of the game are concerned and has a truckload of experience in T20 cricket under his belt. The West Indies veteran has played 71 T20Is and scored 1151 runs at an average of 23.98. With the ball, Bravo has picked up 59 wickets in the international arena in T20Is. In the IPL, Bravo has played a whopping 140 matches. While he has scored 1490 runs with the willow, he has also taken 153 wickets with the ball. Bravo will turn out for the Delhi Bulls in the 2021 Abu Dhabi T10 League.

4. Mujeeb Ur Rahman

At the age of 19, Mujeeb Ur Rahman has already got the world talking about him. The incredibly talented Afghan spinner is a bowler who bowls stump to stump and can choke the batsmen with his accuracy. Mujeeb has already played 3 seasons in the IPL and is an extremely handy bowler to have in the shorter formats of the game. In the 2021 edition of the T10 league, the teenage spinner will offer his services for the Bangla Tigers.

3. Colin Ingram

Another name to keep an eye on in this edition of the Abu Dhabi T10 league is Colin Ingram. The flamboyant left-hander has the potential to rip apart the bowlers and can send the ball into orbit with ease. The 35-year-old will turn out for Deccan Gladiators this season. If Ingram gets going, the bowlers will surely not have a peaceful outing.

2. Imran Tahir

It seems as if Imran Tahir will never quit the game. The kind of passion that the leg spinner has to flummox the batsman even at a time when he has crossed 40 is something that sets him apart from the rest. Tahir is an experienced campaigner, having played tons of franchise cricket in the Pakistan Super League(PSL), the Caribbean Premier League(PSL), the Big Bash League(BBL), and of course, the Indian Premier League(IPL). The Deccan Gladiators will avail the services of Tahir in the 2021 Abu Dhabi T10 league.

1. Nicholas Pooran

He is mercurial. He is a powerhouse. Nicholas Pooran is a batting gladiator whose sheer power makes him a nightmare for the bowlers. Pooran was in supreme form in the 2020 edition of the IPL. The Kings XI Punjab batsman scored 353 runs during the tournament at an average of 35.30. The left-hander scored his runs at a strike rate of 169.71, and it is this ability to take the game away from the opposition that allows Pooran to carve a niche for himself. The West Indian will wield his willow for the Northern Warriors this season.
