IPL 2020: KKR vs SRH Preview – Both teams eye their maiden victory

Dinesh Karthik’s Kolkata Knight Riders and David Warner’s Sunrisers Hyderabad will take on each other at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Match 8 of IPL 2020. Both the teams are coming on the back of a loss in their first game of the tournament. Sunrisers lost from a comfortable position against RCB, while KKR were decimated by 49 runs against Mumbai Indians.

SRH bowled well, and their top-order performed in the run-chase. Their primary issue is the brittle middle order, and the injury of Mitchell Marsh surely didn’t help their cause. KKR have to work on a lot of problems. The major concern was the poor form of their million-dollar baby, Pat Cummins. He did, however, strike a few blows, but the match was all but over then. Narine also looked out of touch against the pacers. Their bowling, barring Narine and Shivam Mavi, was pretty mediocre. Both the sides would be looking to open their account in this crucial fixture.

He called him a “world champion” and defended him saying that his availability was decided a few hours before the match started. He also stated that their batting order in any chase shall depend upon the situation of the game. KKR might consider the services of Prasidh Krishna or Kamlesh Nagarkotti for this fixture.
